These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by Louise Hesketh (“I”, “my”, “me”). By booking or participating in any service offered, including online coaching, deep subconscious work, and online or in-person Reiki sessions, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not access or use my services.
You must be 18 years or older to use my services.
1. Services
All services provided by me are supportive, non-medical interventions designed to assist with personal growth, emotional wellbeing, and energy healing. Coaching, deep subconscious work, and energy work are intended to help clients explore unwanted feelings, patterns, beliefs, and behaviours. Reiki sessions are gentle energy-based in-person or online sessions. While risk is minimal, you acknowledge responsibility for your personal safety during in-person sessions. My services do not replace professional medical treatment. You should seek guidance from your healthcare professional regarding any medical conditions, treatment, or diagnosis.
2. Professional Qualifications & Scope of Practice
I hold the following professional qualifications:

NLP Coach (including weight loss coaching)
Belief Coding® Facilitator
Timeline Therapy Practitioner
EFT Practitioner
Reiki Practitioner
Scope of Practice:
I provide coaching, hypnotherapy, subconscious reprogramming, energy work, emotional wellbeing support, and weight loss coaching.
I can work with trauma-related emotional patterns, subconscious responses, and past experiences.
I do not diagnose, treat, or manage trauma disorders, PTSD, cPTSD, dissociation, or any regulated mental health conditions.
You acknowledge that my work is within a coaching and wellbeing framework and does not replace any professional medical treatment.
3. Trauma & Emotional Safety
While my sessions may explore emotional and trauma-related material, they are designed to support insight, self-reflection, and personal growth.
You are responsible for monitoring your own emotional wellbeing and seeking professional medical support if needed.
If you are experiencing mental health crises, trauma disorders, or any condition requiring regulated care, you should consult a qualified health professional immediately.
4. Client Responsibility
You acknowledge and accept responsibility for your own wellbeing, decisions, and actions during and after your sessions.
You agree to engage with services safely and follow any guidance provided.
You are responsible for ensuring an appropriate environment during online sessions and taking reasonable care during any in-person sessions.
5. Payments
Payments are made online via Stripe for international clients or directly to my Hnry account for New Zealand clients.
No cash payments are accepted.
Prices are displayed in NZD unless otherwise stated.
Stripe securely stores payment information; I do not have access to your financial details.
6. Refunds, Cancellations & Rescheduling
Refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Requests should be made as soon as possible and within 30 days of the original booking.
Sessions that have already been attended or accessed are not eligible for a refund.
Nothing in these Terms affects your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
7. Limitation of Liability
I do not guarantee specific outcomes or results from coaching, deep subconscious work, or Reiki sessions.
I am not liable for any decisions, actions, or outcomes arising from your participation in my services.
These Terms do not limit my liability in cases of gross negligence, intentional harm, or any liability that cannot be excluded under New Zealand law.
8. Website Use & Intellectual Property
All content on my website, including text, images, videos, articles, blog posts, and resources, is owned by me or used with permission.
You may access and view content for personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not copy, share, reproduce, or use website content for commercial purposes without my prior written consent.
You agree not to use any part of the website in a way that:
- Disrupts or damages the website or its functionality;
- Introduces viruses, malware, or harmful material;
- Misleads or deceives me or any third party;
- Violates intellectual property rights.
By accessing my website, you acknowledge that the information provided is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional medical advice. For personalized guidance, you must book a session or consult a qualified professional.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold me harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from your use of my services, except where caused by my gross negligence or intentional wrongdoing.
10. Privacy
Personal information is stored securely in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 (NZ).
Your data may be processed by Stripe or other secure service providers for billing purposes.

11. Changes to Terms
I may update or modify these Terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of your booking will apply to your use of my services.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
13. Consumer Rights (New Zealand Law)
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, limit, or modify your rights under New Zealand consumer law, including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986.
Under New Zealand law:
- Services must be provided with reasonable care and skill.
- Services must be fit for the purpose agreed upon.
- Any representations made about services must be accurate and not misleading.
Because coaching, energy work, and subconscious work depend on client participation, specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
